As a Hospice CNA, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and nursing facilities. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and exceptional end-of-life care.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 a.m. until daily patient visits are completed
- No routine weekends
What You'll Do
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and personal care.
- Help with mobility, transfers, feeding, and hydration.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and compassionate presence.
- Accurately document patient care.
- Follow individualized care plans while promoting patient comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Support families with kindness, reassurance, and respect.
