We're looking for a warm, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate who thrives in a professional, friendly, and fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has a genuine interest in skincare and wellness, and wants to grow within a supportive, physician-led medical spa team.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth—you'll be the first impression of FANOUS MEDSPA.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and redeeming memberships.
- Assist with creating social media content, including behind-the-scenes videos, patient education, treatment highlights, and practice updates.
- Support the practice's online presence by participating in occasional social media content.
- Educate clients on memberships, treatment packages, and medical-grade skincare products with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Assist providers in preparing treatment rooms and setting up for procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by restocking supplies, organizing retail displays, watering plants, and ensuring the spa looks its best.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, follow up with prospective patients, and nurture client relationships.
- Support the daily operations of the practice while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sales or customer service experience (medical spa, spa, salon, or healthcare experience is a plus).
- Comfortable learning about skincare, aesthetic treatments, and medical-grade products.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and email.
- Self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Comfortable creating short-form social media content (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.).
- Enjoys being on camera and helping showcase the patient experience.
- Understands current social media trends and professional online communication.
Schedule & Growth
- Approximately 16–24 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as we continue to grow.
- Some evenings and Saturdays may be required.
