How You’ll Contribute:
- Develop comprehensive Maintenance Programs in Maximo covering substation equipment and transmission lines that helps maintain a reliable system and ensures compliance with NERC, ERCOT and company standards.

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prioritize work and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Monitor maintenance programs, identify risks, and implement process improvements to enhance system reliability and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and work records.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate transmission system maintenance and capital projects.

Monitor the status of NERC and ERCOT related maintenance activities.

Conduct field visits to support planning, inspections, and maintenance activities.
How You’re Qualified:
- Nine or more years of experience in electrical or mechanical equipment installation, maintenance or repair in a transmission system environment, performing transmission system maintenance support duties, or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in electrical power theory, electronics, instrumentation, controls, industrial or mechanical maintenance or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
- Proficient in Maximo (7.6 or MAS 9) and experience with Prometheus Maximo Mobile

Advanced SQL skills

Advanced knowledge of Transmission equipment and systems

Power BI or similar reporting system experience

NERC policies and ERCOT protocols knowledge

iOS knowledge to support mobile applications
