Linedata is seeking an Operations & Technology Analyst to join our Global Services team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and client services, supporting critical business processes for leading financial institutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with operations, client services, and technology teams to support workflow automation, operational reporting, data management, compliance processes, and business process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through technology and wants exposure to financial services, fintech platforms, and global client operations.
You will play a key role in supporting Linedata's proprietary operational platforms, including OPTIMA and ORCHESTRATOR, which are used to manage workflows, automate business processes, maintain operational controls, and support client service delivery.
This role is ideal for an analytical and technically curious professional who enjoys working with systems, data, automation, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support client-facing operational and administrative processes across multiple business functions
- Partner with Operations and Technology teams to support and enhance workflows within Linedata's operational platforms, including OPTIMA and ORCHESTRATOR
- Assist with workflow automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Monitor, validate, and maintain operational data, reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Participate in weekly status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support audit readiness and regulatory documentation activities, including KYC, AML, third-party risk management, and operational controls
- Track and maintain user access, system permissions, training requirements, and compliance documentation
- Assist with operational reporting, data analysis, issue resolution, and process monitoring
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation, technology, and improved workflows
- Collaborate with global teams to support client deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, financial services, client services, or a related environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and lookups
- Experience working with business systems, operational platforms, workflow tools, or reporting applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting workflow management systems, operational technology platforms, or enterprise applications
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, VBA, or other reporting and analytics tools
- Experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, business process improvement, or operational controls
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, KYC/AML, or financial services operations
- Interest in AI-enabled workflows, automation technologies, and operational analytics
- Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, asset management, or financial services environments
