Position Overview
Vibe Solar is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and professional Lead Generator to represent our company at community events, retail locations, home shows, and our mall kiosk.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and creating opportunities for homeowners to learn about solar and battery storage solutions. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified appointments and helping our sales team grow our customer base.
Compensation
$16.90 per hour Draw Against Commission
This position is designed for motivated individuals who want to maximize their income through performance.
Commission Structure:
- $50 for every qualified appointment that sits with a Vibe Solar Energy Consultant.
- $450 for every solar sale that closes from your generated lead.
- Unlimited earning potential.
Your hourly wages are paid as a draw against earned commissions. High-performing Lead Generators can significantly increase their earnings through commission-based performance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners at events, retail locations, and our mall kiosk.
- Generate qualified solar consultation appointments.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Educate homeowners on solar, battery storage, and energy savings opportunities.
- Accurately collect customer information and submit leads.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Set up and maintain event displays and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
- Represent the Vibe Solar brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, lead generation, retail, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and engage potential customers.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must consistently arrive to work on time.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during events and kiosk shifts.
