Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our physician-owned interventional pain management practice in the beautiful Clear Lake / League City area of Texas, just 40 minutes outside of Houston. This position provides anesthesia services exclusively for minimally invasive pain procedures performed in a fully equipped office-based surgical suite for low-acuity, MAC-only practice.
Part-time schedule: Two (2)-Three (3) 10-hour shifts, currently Tuesday and Thursday, but may be modified for candidate.

Duties
- Provide monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for outpatient interventional pain management procedures in an office-based surgical suite.
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments and review relevant medical history, labs, and imaging as indicated.
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans appropriate for low-acuity procedural sedation cases.
- Administer and manage sedation, analgesia, and airway support to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Continuously monitor patients’ hemodynamic and respiratory status during all phases of anesthesia care.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions when needed.
- Ensure safe recovery from sedation and provide post-anesthesia monitoring and handoff to clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure efficient, patient-centered workflow.
- Follow all applicable safety protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices for office-based anesthesia.
- Participate in maintaining a calm, efficient, and patient-focused surgical suite environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification (required)
- Active Texas Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in good standing (required)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (required)
- Strong competency in monitored anesthesia care (MAC) and procedural sedation
- Experience with airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and sedation titration
- Ability to safely manage low-acuity outpatient anesthesia cases independently
- Strong clinical judgment with focus on patient safety and comfort
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-based clinical environment
- Experience in office-based anesthesia, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), GI, or interventional pain settings preferred
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient procedural setting
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per day
