We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio.
Duties
- Manage the overall maintenance and operational activities of the property.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues on reports.
- Lead facilities management initiatives that improve operational efficiency while managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with tenants and landlords to address facility concerns swiftly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven management experience.
- Strong supervisory skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and stakeholders clearly.
- Project management experience to oversee projects from start to finish.
