Available Shift & Pay
1st
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 24 hours per week
- $16.00 per hour
3rd Shift
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 8-16 hours a week
- $18.00 per hour
Schedules include every other weekend and a holiday rotation.
Position Summary
As a Direct Care Worker, you will assist residents with daily living activities while providing compassionate care, dignity, and companionship in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
- Follow individualized care plans
- Administer medications (paid training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- No experience required – paid training provided
- Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays
