What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for driving referral growth throughout the East Valley and surrounding territories, including:
- Chandler
- Gilbert
- Mesa
- Scottsdale
- Tempe
- East Phoenix
Your primary mission is simple:
Generate referrals. Build relationships. Grow the business.
You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with:
- Assisted Living Communities
- Independent Living Communities
- Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Hospitals
- Case Managers
- Discharge Planners
- Fiduciaries
- Guardians
- Elder Law Attorneys
- Geriatric Care Managers
- Rehabilitation Facilities
- Healthcare Professionals throughout the Valley
This role is largely field-based. You'll be out meeting people, attending events, networking, following up, creating opportunities, and becoming known throughout the healthcare community.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record in healthcare sales, healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, senior living, or as a marketing liaison for a hospital, rehabilitation center, or healthcare organization.
- Already has an established network of referral sources throughout the healthcare community.
- Knows how to build trust quickly and create lasting relationships.
- Is highly organized and follows through.
- Is comfortable walking into a facility and introducing themselves.
- Understands that success comes from consistent activity and accountability.
- Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Wants to be part of a leadership team instead of being just another employee.
