We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our North American operations team at our headquarters in Berthoud, Colorado.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products; maintaining inventory accuracy; and ensuring smooth order‑to‑cash workflows. An ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑minded, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
· Accurately put away incoming shipments into designated warehouse locations.
· Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners.
· Label, stage, and prepare packages for timely shipment.
· Process customer returns, including inspection, documentation, cleaning, repackaging, and restocking or disposal per company guidelines.
· Load and unload trucks and containers.
· Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
· Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
· Adhere to all safety protocols, business processes, and quality standards.
· Maintain accurate data within all business software systems and vendor portals.
· Support team members and collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to meet daily operational goals.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and basic data entry.
· Strong problem‑solving and de‑escalation abilities.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Forklift certification preferred.

Working Environment
· Work is performed in a warehouse and office environment, primarily on a concrete floor.
Physical Demands
· Lift and carry up to 55 pounds independently; team‑lift 56–100 pounds; use appropriate equipment for items 101+ pounds.
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and occasional crawling.
· Regular computer work, file handling, and participation in in‑person meetings.
