Maeko is seeking skilled, independent tradespeople and established subcontracting businesses for upcoming residential projects. We are a construction and design company specializing in high-quality home transformations, and we are looking to expand our roster of dependable partners.
If you are looking for a way to fill gaps in your schedule or are interested in a flexible, project-based partnership, we have plenty of work coming up.
How It Works
We handle the client acquisition, design, and project management. When a project aligns with your expertise and location, we reach out with the scope, timeline, and budget. If you’re available and it’s a good fit, we get you booked.
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Schedule: Flexible / Project-based / As-needed
- Location: Various residential sites (Scope and location provided per job)
Scope of Work
$20/hr is the starting rate during the trial period. Pay will be adjusted based on demonstrated skill level, reliability, work ethic, willingness to learn, and overall fit with the team.
Once the trial period has been completed, an official offer letter will be provided outlining the proposed hourly rate moving forward.
There is strong opportunity for growth within our company. We believe in paying based on commitment, performance, dependability, and continued growth in skill and responsibility. Those who consistently show initiative and a strong work ethic can expect increased opportunities and pay over time.
