Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Chemist/Process Chemist to support the synthesis and development of organic compounds and polymers for advanced lithographic materials. This laboratory-based role involves multistep organic synthesis, process development, analytical characterization, documentation, and scale-up support while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory-scale synthesis of organic compounds and polymers
- Conduct analytical testing (HPLC, GC, NMR, FTIR, UV/Vis, etc.)
- Support process optimization and technology transfer activities
- Maintain accurate experimental documentation and inventory records
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. in Chemistry or related field
- Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry
- Experience with common laboratory and analytical techniques
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Polymerization experience preferred
