We are a growing commercial glass and glazing contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from award through closeout. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working directly with field teams, vendors, and ownership to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple glass and glazing projects simultaneously, including coordination, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and communication with all stakeholders. This role requires strong technical knowledge of glazing systems and the ability to lead both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from contract award through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with estimating, engineering, fabrication, and field installation teams
- Oversee shop drawings, submittals, and approvals
- Procure materials, manage vendors, and track long lead items
- Handle change orders and contract documentation
- Work closely with field supervisors to ensure proper execution and manpower planning
- Monitor job progress and proactively address delays or issues
- Maintain strong communication with GCs, owners, and internal leadership
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of Project Management experience in glass & glazing or façade systems
- Strong knowledge of storefront, curtainwall, window systems, and installation practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Familiarity with shop drawings, submittals, and construction documentation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both in the office and visit active job sites
Preferred
- Experience working with fabrication shops and field installation crews
- Background with mid- to large-scale commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination with other trades

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
