Overview
Join our dynamic clinical team as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working in a clinic setting! In this vital role, you will lead behavioral interventions and assessments for children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help transform lives by designing and implementing evidence-based strategies that promote meaningful progress. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of ABA to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care and facilitate effective communication about client progress.
- Conduct intake assessments and participate in client onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the program.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavioral psychological assessments.
- Experience conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and functional analyses.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and managing medical records within a clinical setting.
- Prior home-based behavioral experience or school experience supporting children with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to perform patient care activities including patient assessment and client communication effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and clinical supervision standards is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
