12-hour shifts: 7p-7a

Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable)

Consistent assignment focus and strong team support

Real orientation with a CNA preceptor

Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)
-
Answer call lights and ensure resident safety
-
Measure and record vital signs and I/O as assigned
-
Assist with meal service and repositioning
-
Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse
-
Support a respectful, resident-centered care culture
-
Current CNA certification (state-approved)
-
Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (new CNAs welcome with training)
