DESCRIPTION
The Staff Nurse at Frankie’s World performs clinical services for pediatric patients in a medical day care setting. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain client confidentiality and respect client dignity.
- Conduct daily assessments.
- Participate in patient care plans.
- Dispense medications according to center’s protocol and physician’s orders.
- Chart the health and behavior of each patient.
- Participate actively in engaging the children with the age-appropriate educational program in the classroom.
- Supervise patients to monitor diet and safety issues, and participate in therapeutic recreation activities as needed.
- Provide health education and support for patients and their families.
- Supervise classroom Aides.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned within local, state and federal regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Must have at least 1 year of prior nursing experience.
- Must have a non-restricted State of Pennsylvania Nurse License.

- Pediatric experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
