Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and vital signs to prepare for examinations or treatments.
- Document patient information accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including ICD coding and detailed notes on patient encounters.
- Assist with laboratory tasks such as specimen collection or preparing patients for imaging procedures like X-ray or ultrasound.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in outpatient clinics, emergency departments, or inpatient settings to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, and medication administration protocols.
- Experience working with EHR systems and managing patient records efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, conducting physical assessments, and supporting diagnostic procedures like ultrasound and CT imaging.
- Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations across outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
