Activity Aide

Located in Galloway, NJ, we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Activity Aide to join our Activity Department.
About the Role:
As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and implementing engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. You must have an outgoing personality, enjoy working with the senior population, and have at least 1-2 years' experience working with Seniors, Alzheimer's patients and Customer Service. Your artistic and/or musical ability is strongly preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, music, exercises, and games
Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualized activity plans for residents
Monitor and document resident participation and progress
Develop and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for activities
Assist with special events and programs
