Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with inquiries related to patient care, medication administration, and pharmacy services while ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customers in-person regarding patient care and pharmacy services.
- Vitamin/Supplement inventory.
- Ship packages to customers.
- Assist customers with understanding their medication and getting the pharmacist to answer any questions.
- Support the pharmacy team by providing assistance as needed, including tasks related to packaging needles and syringes for the lab when there is down time.
Skills
- Strong understanding of patient care principles, particularly in critical care settings..
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
