Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our on-site plumbing projects. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations at construction sites, coordinate skilled tradespeople, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of workmanship. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish while fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on job sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Review blueprints, specifications, and job requirements with field teams
- Monitor quality of work and enforce company standards and codes
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Train, mentor, and support field employees
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower needs
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates to management
- Conduct site inspections and resolve field-related challenges
- Assist with scheduling and workforce planning
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of plumbing experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Master Plumber liscense
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards
- Proven ability to manage crews and multiple job sites
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements
- Punctual and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing
- OSHA certification
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Field-based position with frequent travel to job sites
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Work in varying weather and job site condition

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
