This is a commission-based opportunity where you earn based on the sales and growth you help generate. The more you help Aesthetically Well grow, the more you can earn.
Commission Structure:
✨ Team members will earn 5%–20% commission per order depending on role, contribution, and performance.
✨ Each team member may receive a personal tracking code/link to measure sales generated.
✨ Commission is based on the sales directly generated through your content, campaigns, partnerships, or marketing efforts.
Content Team
Content Creators

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging videos that match the Aesthetically Well brand aesthetic
- Create wellness, lifestyle, product, and inspirational content
- Help increase brand awareness and attract new customers
- Use trends while keeping content aligned with the brand
Compensation:
✨ Earn 20% commission on every sale made through your personal code/link
UGC Creators (User Generated Content)
Responsibilities:
- Create authentic product videos and lifestyle content
- Film product reviews, routines, unboxings, and aesthetic videos
- Showcase how Aesthetically Well products fit into everyday life
- Create content that can be used for marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Improve website visibility on Google
