What You'll Do
- Generate new customer leads through assigned territories, community events, and neighborhood outreach
- Educate homeowners and renters about Community Solar programs
- Explain how customers can reduce their monthly electricity costs
- Enroll qualified customers in approved Community Solar programs
- Guide customers through a simple enrollment process
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Track sales activity and meet performance goals

What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in door-to-door, retail, telecommunications, home improvement, roofing, home security, wireless, automotive, or solar sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends
- High school diploma or GED
