Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Bake and present fresh baked goods, ensuring quality and visual appeal
- Operate POS systems for retail sales transactions, processing cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces to meet food safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations
- Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during busy periods while maintaining high standards of quality
Experience
- Previous experience in food service is preferred, especially with barista or bakery roles but willing to train.
- Strong skills in retail math, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently in a lively environment
