Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of previous experience in Service and New Construction Plumbing. This role involves working on various plumbing projects, including residential and commercial installations, repairs, re-models, drain clearing and maintenance. The plumber will be responsible for selling and installing multiple jobs a month. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely while adhering to local codes and regulations.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform welding tasks as necessary for pipe fitting and installation.
- Use Service Titan for estimates, photos, invoicing, dispatching and arriving.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working in various settings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes.
- Proven experience of sales and service titan
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Valid drivers license.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to plumbing tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
