Front Desk Associate is the face of our Dispensary; is the person responsible of greeting our patients and visitors creating an excellent first impression that makes their visit a memorable one. It’s the responsible of the data entry of all patient’s information and the updating of it.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge in medical Cannabis products offered, preferred.
- Valid Occupational License for the medical Cannabis industry.
- Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS-Office and Excel.
- Available to work rotating shifts, 7 days a week, including holidays.
- Experience in customer service in the health industry, preferred.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal with bilingual skills (English and Spanish).
Responsibilities:
- Greets in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner.
- Process paperwork for new patients, data entry.
- Operates front desk computer, check-in patients, and update patient files.
- Educates patients and visitors about our products of the day, brand values, and offers.
- Interacts with patients on site, as well as over the phone.
- Assists in activities coordination, including patient fairs and doctor’s orientations.
- Enter all appropriate information in the system for future reference.
- Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Provide all new patients with a brief explanation of services.
- Assist in activities coordination, including patient fairs and doctor’s orientations.
- Assist on all administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Provide support on reporting and maintenance of office policies and procedures.
- Research and order deals and supplies.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
- Other duties assigned.
