We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to streamline recruiting processes.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and professional growth.
- Manage employee relations by fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills and conflict management techniques.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and Workers' Compensation policies.
- Collaborate directly with supervisors and employees to answer payroll and benefit-related questions.
- Lead annual employee benefits open enrollment process.
- Coordinate project management activities related to organization design, succession planning, and change management initiatives to support strategic planning efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles, benefit plans management and 401(k) plan administration. Prior group captive health plan and self-funded dental plan experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools.
- In-depth understanding of ERISA, ACA, IRS, workers' compensation procedures, and IRS regulations.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, recruiting techniques, employee evaluation processes, and onboarding procedures.
- Strong background with HRIS systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead organizational design projects and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex benefit structure, work with benefit account representative to resolve claim questions, employee conflict resolution, contract management, and social media management related to employer branding.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining diligence in data collection and reporting tasks.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
