Opportunity:
- Join one Rheumatologist in a successful, growing practice setting
- Provide direct medical care and evaluate and manage adult Rheumatology patients seeking treatment
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with arthritis, autoimmune disorders, osteoporosis, and other musculoskeletal diseases
- Treat a wide range of rheumatic conditions (200+), including: Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus, Gout, Osteoarthritis, Tendinitis, Sports-related rheumatic disorders
- Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient services
- No inpatient care required, optional available
- No infusion center oversight
- Provide in-office minor procedures such as joint injections
- EHR: Tebra
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
- Bonus for participating in clinical trials
- Oversight of advance practice clinicians
Desired Candidate:
- Board-certified/Board-eligible in rheumatology
- 2026/2027 Fellowship graduates will be considered
- California licensed required
- Spanish speaker (desirable)
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients
- Team oriented with ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate clinical outcomes
- Strong clinical experience with autoimmune, musculoskeletal, and connective tissue disorders
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal healthcare regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative clinical, research, or academic environments
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to advancing patient-centered, innovative healthcare
- Proficiency with EMRs, data tools, and office management systems
