Permanent Full-Time Primary Care Provider
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established primary care team in Texas. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity providing care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric populations.

- 8-hour shifts
- No weekends or call
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required
- Active Texas license preferred, but not required
