Superintendent – High-End Residential Construction

Ford’s LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our growing team in Naples, Florida. We specialize in high-end custom residential construction and luxury renovations, with a strong focus on quality, communication, organization, and client experience.
This position is best suited for someone who operates with urgency, communicates proactively, and takes pride in maintaining high standards across all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for luxury residential projects
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and scheduling
- Maintain project quality, cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and designers
- Proactively identify and solve field issues before they impact schedule or quality
- Manage inspections and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes
- Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, schedules, and project documentation within Procore
- Coordinate site logistics, protection, and homeowner experience throughout construction
- Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and communication
Qualifications
- Experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and details
- Strong communication, organization, and consistent project documentation skills
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
- Daily use of Procore and digital project management tools is expected
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail
- Candidates must be comfortable working in occupied homes and high-expectation client environments
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- OSHA 30 preferred

Ford’s LLC is a rapidly growing luxury residential contractor based in Naples, Florida. Our projects range from high-end renovations to custom homes and specialty projects throughout Southwest Florida. We are building a team focused on quality, systems, accountability, and long-term growth.
Compensation will be based on experience.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
