We run a modern, highly organized, systems-driven operation built on deep community trust, high digital vehicle inspection (DVI) standards, and robust car counts. We are looking for a rock-star Service Advisor for our Cardington location who wants to leverage our proven workflow to maximize their earning potential.
What We Look For:
- High-Velocity Sales & Integrity: You believe that true sales is about education. You know how to confidently present a Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) so the customer understands the why behind the work. You don't sell people things they don't need, but you are elite at closing the work they do need, driving a strong Average Repair Order (ARO).
- Self-Motivated & Driven: You don't need a manager pushing you to perform. You are naturally competitive, eager to hit numbers, and driven to keep the technicians fed and the workflow moving efficiently.
- Systems-Minded: Experience with modern shop management software (like Tekmetric) is a major plus. You appreciate tight standard operating procedures because you know they remove friction and let you close more tickets.
- Great Front-Counter Energy: You are the face of the shop. You know how to build immediate rapport with local customers, handle busy rushes with ease, and keep the front counter running seamlessly.
