We are a growing sales and business development firm in the Atlanta area and are hiring a Brand Ambassador to support a nationally recognized brand in the food and beverage industry. This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment, promoting products and representing the brand through engaging, in-person interactions.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life for customers. This Brand Ambassador position is built for individuals who enjoy working with people, building connections, and driving results through direct communication. Every day as a Brand Ambassador involves representing the brand, answering questions, and creating a positive experience that leads to confident purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador:
- Represent the brand in a retail setting by engaging directly with customers and introducing product offerings in a clear, compelling way
- Set up and maintain organized, visually appealing displays that reflect brand standards and attract customer interest
- Initiate conversations with customers, identify their preferences, and recommend products that align with their needs
- Deliver detailed product presentations that highlight key features, benefits, and differentiators of the brand
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and confident experience from introduction to completion
- Track daily interactions, sales activity, and customer feedback to support overall brand performance and growth
- Collaborate with other Brand Ambassador team members to maintain consistency in messaging and improve overall sales results
Qualifications for the Brand Ambassador role:
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting directly with customers
- Interest in sales, marketing, or representing a brand in a retail environment
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple customer interactions
- A goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet or exceed sales expectations
- Comfortable working full-time in an onsite, customer-facing role
- Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Atlanta office location daily
