Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Home2 Suites North Dallas Central Expy. Must HAVE HILTON HOTEL EXPERIENCE. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in managing guest relations, handling inquiries, and supporting hotel operations. A strong background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or room service requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Assist in managing billing and payment processes for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage to assist diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
