We're hiring a dependable and motivated Field Operations Assistant to join our growing property management team in Dallas. This is an entry-level, contract-to-hire position designed for someone who is eager to learn and ready to gain hands-on experience in residential real estate.
You'll assist with property inspections, rental readiness checks, basic field support, and light administrative tasks. No prior real estate experience is required — we will train the right person.
This role begins as a contracted position with a 90–180 day probationary period. Candidates who show strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative may be offered a full-time position.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
