Anthony & Son Indoor Air Quality is growing and looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Lead Installers who take pride in quality work, professionalism, and customer service.
We are a family-owned company servicing residential and light commercial customers throughout Montgomery County, Frederick, PG County, and the surrounding DMV areas. We are not looking for average technicians — we are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with a company that values workmanship, accountability, leadership, and long-term opportunity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, RTUs, and airflow diagnostics
- Install experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
- Clean driving record
- EPA Certification required
- NATE certification is a plus
- Must be dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Residential and light commercial HVAC service
- System diagnostics and repairs
- Full system installations
- Airflow and ductwork modifications
- Mini split installations and troubleshooting
- Communicating findings clearly with customers
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and clean job sites

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
