Do you have a passion for music and a gift for teaching young children? Encore Center for Performing Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Piano, Guitar & Voice Teacher to join our growing music program!

About the Position:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to teach private voice, guitar and piano lessons to children ages 4 and up. This role requires a patient, organized, and communicative individual who can create a fun and engaging learning experience.
Schedule: Required Thursdays after 3pm & Sundays after 11:00am
Additional days appreciated.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience teaching both voice, guitar and piano to young children (ages 4+ preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate, and individualized lesson plans that motivate students and foster a love of music.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Excellent communication skills, both with students and their parents.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom or rehearsal setting.
- Patient, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff.
- Experience leading group musical rehearsals is a plus!
- A degree in Performing Arts or current enrollment in a Performing Arts program is preferred.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provide private voice, guitar and piano instruction to students of varying skill levels.
- Develop and implement engaging and individualized lesson plans.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in studio events and performances.
