Duties
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Conduct nightly audits by reviewing daily financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy, and preparing reports for management
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, fostering positive guest relations
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points, conducting safety checks, and ensuring guest confidentiality
- Document shift activities thoroughly through detailed reports, incident logs, and audit records
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest information, and coordinating late arrivals or special requests
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of guest services standards, hotel management practices, and resort operations
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attentiveness
