The Role: How You'll Make a Difference
As our ADON, you will partner directly with the Director of Nursing to lead, inspire, and elevate our clinical team. You'll be the bridge between top-notch compliance and compassionate, resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise, coach, and inspire our team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote professional growth.
- Clinical Excellence: Oversee daily clinical operations across both Sub-Acute Rehab and Long-Term Care units.
- Regulatory Champion: Ensure strict compliance with CMS and Department of Public Health guidelines; play a key role in state survey prep and QAPI.
- Quality Control: Conduct clinical rounds, monitor care plans, audit EMR documentation, and lead infection control initiatives.
- Collaborate: Partner with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure optimal, holistic resident outcomes.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
- Credentials: Current, active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing + CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) spanning both Sub-Acute Rehab and Long-Term Care.
- Leadership Track Record: Past experience as a Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, Supervisor, or ADON is highly preferred.
- The Tech & The Specs: Sharp clinical assessment skills, EMR proficiency, and a strong grasp of CMS/NJ state regulations.
- Bonus Points: Experience or certification in Wound Care, Infection Prevention, QAPI, or MDS knowledge is a major plus!
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
