About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, high-energy, and looking for a role where your hard work is recognized? Fitzgerald Tile, a leading Ceramic Tile Distributor, is seeking a full-time Sample Maker to join our distribution center team.
In this role, speed and accuracy are everything. You will be the mastermind behind the physical samples our customers use to make design decisions. While most of your time will be spent in our distribution center, you will also hit the road occasionally to set up eye-catching merchandise displays at our customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample Creation: Assemble and prepare ceramic tile samples efficiently while maintaining strict quality control.
- Precision & Quality Check: Follow precise instructions and double-check all work to ensure flawless execution before tasks are completed.
- Merchandise Displays: Travel to local customer accounts to set up, organize, and refresh product displays.
- Distribution Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace within the distribution center.
What We Are Looking For
- Physical Stamina & Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and spend an entire shift active and on your feet.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
- Reliable Driver: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for customer site visits.
- Great Attitude: Ambitious, hardworking, and coachable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
