Axia Senior Insurance Advisors
Arizona (Remote / Hybrid)
Read This First
This is not a traditional job and not a casual opportunity.
Axia is built for people who want to enter the insurance industry the right way — with clarity, standards, and professional responsibility.
If you are looking for fast money, minimal friction, or a guaranteed paycheck, this role will not be a fit.
What This Role Actually Is
This is an independent (1099) Medicare advisor role.
Before earning income, candidates must:
- obtain an Arizona health insurance license
- complete required certifications
- invest time and standard upfront licensing costs
This is intentional.
We believe professionals should be prepared before advising seniors on important healthcare decisions.
Who This Role Is For
This role is a strong fit if you:
- are new to insurance and want real structure, not hype
- are comfortable committing to licensing and study before income
- value clarity, coaching, and accountability
- understand that credibility is built before commissions
- want a long-term, professional career
No insurance experience required. Maturity, follow-through, and responsibility are required.
What Axia Does Differently
Most agencies rush new people into selling.
At Axia:
- your first 90 days focus on learning, compliance, and habits
- you are not pressured to sell before you are ready
- advancement is earned, not promised
- compensation follows structure — not the other way around
We grow by clarity, not pressure.
Licensing & Upfront Commitment (Important)
This role requires:
- obtaining an Arizona health insurance license
- completing required certifications before advising clients
- standard upfront licensing costs common to independent insurance careers
These costs are reimbursed over time once active, but candidates must be willing and able to carry them initially.
If licensing, study time, or upfront costs feel uncomfortable, this role is likely not a fit.
This Role Is NOT For You If
- you want a guaranteed paycheck
- you are uncomfortable with licensing requirements
- you want to "try it out" without commitment
- you prefer minimal structure
- you are applying casually to multiple jobs
We respect your time by being clear upfront.
How to Apply
Apply with a short note explaining:
- why this role stood out to you
- why you are comfortable with licensing and upfront commitment
Applications without thoughtful responses may not be reviewed.
Axia doesn’t grow by adding opportunities.
We grow by protecting alignment.
