Concrete Finisher — $35–$50/hr

Cornerstone Build Co. (AZ ROC 366061) is hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our crew serving the Phoenix East Valley and Tucson markets. We're a licensed, growing contractor specializing in driveways, patios, foundations, and decorative concrete work, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, level, professional-grade finish work.
Responsibilities:
- Finish flatwork including driveways, patios, sidewalks, and slabs to a smooth, level, professional standard
- Read and follow grade stakes, forms, and project specs
- Perform edging, jointing, floating, and troweling (hand and power)
- Apply broom, stamp, or other decorative finishes as required
- Identify and correct surface issues before and during cure
- Work safely alongside laborers and the project foreman
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a concrete finisher (residential and/or commercial)
- Skilled with hand tools and power trowels
- Strong eye for grade, level, and surface quality
- Reliable transportation; ability to travel between Phoenix and Tucson job sites as needed
- Physically able to perform demanding outdoor labor in Arizona conditions
Pay: $35–$50/hour, based on experience
