About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of C SEED, bringing cutting-edge luxury technology to life in some of the most stunning homes and businesses across the U.S. This hands-on role offers a diverse range of tasks, exciting nationwide projects, and the opportunity to collaborate with elite clients and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning: Install C SEED’s luxury TVs and systems in high-end residential and commercial spaces.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to ensure flawless operation.
- Client Support: Provide expert-level 2nd-tier support to customers and partners.
- Documentation: Review system documentation and perform final acceptance testing at client sites.
- Collaboration: Work with clients and C SEED’s team to deliver seamless, customized solutions.

What You’ll Need
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology.
- Strong mechanical and electrotechnical knowledge.
- Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel 70% of the time.
- Residency in Southern California.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation software (e.g., PLC Simatic, TIA-Portal).
- Familiarity with luxury AV systems, smart home technology, or custom installations.
