Our client is building a team of Retail Sales Brand Ambassadors to represent essential home services inside high-traffic retail environments across Charlotte. This position centres on face-to-face customer interaction, where your ability to connect, explain, and guide decisions directly impacts results.
You’ll be representing services that customers rely on daily — including high-speed internet, mobile connectivity, and TV packages — helping them understand what they’re currently using, what’s available, and where they could be getting more value.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working from in-store promotional spaces and event setups, you’ll take an active role in engaging customers and introducing current offers.
This includes:
- Opening conversations with shoppers and identifying their current provider and usage
- Breaking down internet speeds, data plans, and service options in a way that’s easy to understand
- Explaining how bundled services can improve value and simplify billing
- Highlighting limited-time promotions available through retail campaigns
- Supporting customers through the decision-making process and completing registrations
- Ensuring each interaction is informative, professional, and aligned with brand standards
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where success comes from your ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly.

- Weekly base pay including uncapped commissions and performance bonuses (Average weekly earnings: $800–$900)
