Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in import/export and transportation with a distributor or manufacturer.
- A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Prior experience within a logistics or supply chain environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Desired Qualifications-
Strong background in warehouse operations and global logistics.
- High level of technical acuity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office and SAP or similar ERP.
- General knowledge of international trade and compliance requirements, including regulations such as EAR, HTS, CFR, NAFTA and AES.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
