Front Desk Receptionist
The hub of the office. That's the front desk. That's you.
Every visitor, every call, every delivery, it all runs through the front desk first. We're hiring a Front Desk Receptionist who can keep that hub running smoothly, stay sharp under pressure, and make the office feel organized the second someone walks through the door.
The Real Day-to-Day
- Answering and directing calls quickly and accurately, no dropped messages
- Welcoming visitors, checking them in, and getting them where they need to go
- Keeping the appointment calendar accurate and up to date in real time
- Sorting incoming mail and packages, and making sure they reach the right person
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming front office area
- Supporting the team with basic admin tasks, copying, filing, data entry, as needed
- Flagging issues or unusual situations to the right person before they become a problem
What We Need From You
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person
- The ability to stay organized even when things get busy
- Comfort multitasking without losing track of details
- A professional, friendly demeanor that sets the tone for visitors
- Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software
Experience Helpful, Not Required
Previous front desk, administrative, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
