Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator / Auditor
Reports to: Corporate GM Warehousing
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm (40 hours with 1 Hour per day unpaid lunch)
Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator / Auditor is responsible for the day to day maintenance and auditing of the company’s Warehouse Management Systems (WMS’s) to ensure accurate customer billing, inventory integrity, operational performance, and customer SLA compliance. This role supports new and existing customers in all locations by maintaining system accuracy, reviewing and aligning customer contracts, tracking warehouse metrics, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and serving as a key liaison between warehouse, operations, customers, Sales, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
WMS Management – Assist to maintain and audit the companies Warehouse Management System’s (WMS’s) for new and existing customers. Configure customer profiles, billing rules, SKUs, and workflows. Ensure WMS’s configuration aligns with contracts, SLAs, and operational requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve system discrepancies.-
Customer Billing Audits - Audit customer billing for accuracy and contract compliance. Review storage, handling, and accessorial charges. Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Finance.

Inventory Auditing & Cycle Counts - Oversee and audit cycle counting programs. Review variance reports, investigate root causes, and ensure accurate WMS adjustments.

Warehouse Metrics & SLA Tracking - Track warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipping. Monitor customer SLAs and compliance. Identify risks and prepare internal and customer performance reports.

Contract Review & Internal Collaboration - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations on customer contracts. Review existing contracts for consistency with WMS configuration, billing, and SLAs. Assist in creating and maintaining standard contract templates.

SOP Development - Create and maintain SOPs related to processes, audits, inventory control, metrics, and compliance.

Customer Interaction - Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding inventory, billing, WMS setup, metrics, and audit inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

High school Diploma

Good Organizational Skills

Experience in warehouse or logistics operations with strong WMS knowledge

Experience with billing audits, inventory control, KPIs, and SLA compliance

Proficiency with WMS platforms; Extensiv, Windfall, and/or Moversuite preferred

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
