No advanced experience required—if you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'd like to speak with you.
What You'll Do
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components
- Insert pins, wires, and connectors into assemblies
- Perform soldering and basic hand assembly tasks
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship
- Work with hand tools and production equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Optional overtime available
- Occasional Saturday work available
- Opportunity to work through lunch for additional overtime hours
What We're Looking For
-Manufacturing experience preferred
-Assembly experience is a plus
-Comfortable using hand tools
-Strong attention to detail
-Reliable attendance and positive attitude
-Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
-Ability to learn soldering and assembly processes
