In this role, you will deliver high-quality permanent makeup services, including eyebrow microblading, eyeliner, lip blush, and other cosmetic tattooing treatments. Your passion for artistry combined with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction will create a welcoming environment for clients seeking long-lasting beauty solutions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant, growth-oriented setting. The ideal candidate also has an Esthetics License with availability to add Facial clients, wax clients and potentially Lash extensions. This position definitly has room to grow your skills as a beauty professional.
Responsibilities
- Perform permanent makeup procedures such as microblading,lip blushing, and cosmetic tattooing with meticulous attention to detail.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide expert recommendations tailored to their features.
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, addressing any questions or concerns effectively.
- Keep accurate medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting procedures and client histories thoroughly.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in aesthetic treatments like dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and additional aesthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in permanent makeup application with a strong portfolio demonstrating your artistry.
- Knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to facial features, and skin types to achieve natural-looking results.
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetic treatments preferred; must adhere to local health regulations.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards, infection control practices, and sterilization procedures essential for client safety.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
- Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for record keeping and appointment scheduling.
- Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, body waxing,facial treatments , or other esthetics treatments are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
