Overview:

In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized injectable treatments, including botulinum toxin (Botox), dermal fillers, and other advanced procedures. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of injectable and laser resurfacing treatments such as Nouvaderm, Botox, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic desires, assess suitability for treatments, and develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures in compliance with health regulations and clinic policies.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic outcomes to ensure satisfaction and safety.
- Uphold strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff; perform regular cleaning of treatment areas and tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and professional development.
Skills:
- Proven experience performing injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures in a med spa or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions.
- Expertise in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, hair threading, tattooing, esthetic laser treatments, deep tissue massage, and other aesthetic services is highly desirable.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining integrity and client trust.
