Job Description:
We are seeking motivated & outgoing individuals who love fashion and have a talent for providing exceptional customer service to build relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy being a member of a team, be polished and professional, be well spoken and have the ability to multitask.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Flexible schedule to work during our business hours.
- Availability on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain stock, floor displays and cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Responsible for ringing sales, returns, gift cards and layaways.
- Assist with receiving inventory and social media.
- Maintain and communicate product knowledge.
- Assist manager in visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Assist with employee training as needed.
- Help with marketing and advertising on social media, or other local media outlets as needed.
- Help create and execute social media plans weekly.
- Ensure delivery of the best customer service.
- Responsible for ensuring weekly sales goals are met with outreach to customers throughout the week to achieve store goals.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the store.
- Communicate to the Manager when inventory needs to be restocked.
- Help insure Monkee’s inventory in stock- bags, tissue, etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, & Tiktok)
- Able to master new skills quickly
- Heartland Retail or other inventory management system experience a plus
- Shipstation experience a plus
- Shopify experience a plus
- Klaviyo experience a plus
- Effective problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of growing social media
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Managing multiple projects effectively
- Adaptable to new responsibilities
- Prioritizes and organizes tasks
- Creative self-starter with a love for retail and fashion!
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
