We're looking for reliable, people-first Community Transportation Drivers to provide safe and consistent rides throughout the area. As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for getting passengers to their destinations on time while offering a friendly, professional, and trustworthy experience.
This role is a great fit for people who like being their own boss, take safety seriously, and genuinely enjoy working with a wide range of people. You may drive students, older adults, and other members of the community, helping each one get where they need to go comfortably, safely, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Transport riders safely along assigned routes and time windows.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety requirements while driving.
- Provide excellent service by treating each passenger with respect and patience.
- Keep your vehicle clean, in good working condition, and ready for daily trips.
- Stay in touch with dispatch and riders to share trip updates as needed.
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience for everyone you drive.
- Show up on time for pickups and maintain consistent, dependable availability.
What We're Looking For
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Great communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
